The developer today unveiled the AED 510 million (USD 138.8 mln) Skyros residential project in Arjan, which takes its name and design elements from the well-known Skyros Island in Greece, in response to the significant investor turnover from Europe for Elisampo Greek island-themed projects. White beaches, marine caves, and seaside towns make the island famous. In the mini-island, Elisampo Skyros has produced a similar design. Elisampo Skyros also has retail establishments.
The mid-luxury 3B+G+17 Skyros project is a continuation of Elisampo Developers’ several project launches scheduled for this year. The Mohammed Bin Zayed Motorway and the Al Khail Expressway are both very close to Skyros, which is situated in Arjan. The Miracle Garden, Dubai Butterfly Garden, Global Village, Dubai Autodrome, Mall of the Emirates, and City Centre are some of the popular tourist attractions in Dubai that are close to Skyros. The Mediclinic Hospital, GEMS Wellington School, and Dubai Hills Mall are all nearby the project.
“We are constantly receiving overwhelming interest from European, Russian, and CIS investors for our new projects, especially for those projects that embody Greek island themes and designs. Skyros has been designed on the popular investor trend to meet the demand. Triggered by Covid-19, our resort-style projects performed well. The trend reflects that today’s buyer prefers to live in a healthy yet affordable environment. Elisampo Developers is doing well with the new themes such as the resort, the island, private pools, and converting a residential apartment into a holiday home. We our upcoming new projects, we will be introducing innovative concepts.”, revealed Imran Farooq, Chief Executive Officer of Elisampo Developers.
